  • Alma Paprika - 70 - 80 days. Popular Hungarian pickling chili has thick, crunchy, mushroom-shaped, medium hot fruits. Sun.
  • Anaheim - 76 days. Long, flattish 8 inch fruit. Mild pungent flavor. Reddens as it matures. 30 - 36 inches. Sun.
  • Cayenne "Long Slim" - 75 days. Long, slender, hot pepper to 5 - 6 inch. Very productive, good for drying. 30 - 36 inches. Sun.
  • Habanero - 90 days. Very hot, small, 2 inch, thin-walled pepper turns orange at maturity. 2 feet. Sun.
  • Holy Mole "Pasilla" - 85 days. Tapered 8 inch peppers mature to dark brown. Medium hot. 24 - 30 inches. Sun.
  • Jalapeno - 75 days. Thick walled, hot pepper turns green to red. 24 - 30 inches. Sun.
  • Mariachi - 66 days. Early, high-yielding, Santa Fe Grande type. Milk, thick, yellow red flesh. Good fresh or fried. 20 inch. Sun.
  • Poblano "Ancho" - 76 days. Mild flavor. Tapered 6 inch fruit. Called Ancho when dried. 24 - 30 inches. Sun.
  • Serrano - 75 days. Slender 2 inch peppers are quite hot. Bright green to red. 30 inches. Sun.
  • Thai Hot - 70 days. Very hot pepper. 3 1/2 inch long and quite slim. Good fresh and dried. 24 inches. Sun.
